Who is StrataTally built for?

Self-managed NSW strata schemes with 2–10 lots replacing disconnected spreadsheets, PDFs and email trails.

Does StrataTally hold or move our money?

No. Scheme funds remain in the owners corporation's own bank account. You export a statement, review the activity in StrataTally and keep control of every payment decision.

Does the software replace legal or accounting advice?

No. It provides structured workflows, retained calculations and clearly labelled preparation material. Your committee remains responsible for decisions and should obtain qualified advice for unusual or disputed circumstances.

Does it submit our annual Strata Hub report?

No. StrataTally helps organise the working information and evidence. Confirm current requirements on the official NSW Government site and complete the external filing separately.
